Participating healthcare organizations in MyHealth’s network sign a common agreement that enables them to work together with each other to share information.  The agreement incorporates a common set of Network Policies which go beyond the legal language of the agreement to provide details about how the Network will operate, and the obligations of MyHealth’s staff members, vendors, and participating organizations with respect to safeguarding the private health information shared through the network.  The current version of MyHealth’s Network Policy document is always available here:

MyHealth Network Policies v3.40 will become effective on 4/1/2024.
