As Senior Network Administrator of MyHealth, Mark has nine years of experience in health information exchange formation, growth and management. Mark is responsible for developing organization, use cases, reports, utilization review, governance and grant applications for specific groups of providers such as physicians, optometrists, behavioral health and others. Groups going through this process have garnered over $ 18 million in grants over the last several years. Mark was instrumental in creating Oklahoma's first health information exchange in 2006. The Secure Medical Medical Records Transfer Network (SMRTNET) managed over 2.8 million patients with providers in sixty eight Oklahoma cities and was supportive of the development of MyHealth with which it later combined to form a unified HIE for all providers in Oklahoma. Mark has earned an MS in clinical psychology, an MBA, is a licensed marriage and family therapist, and served as a public health administrator for twelve years with the Oklahoma State Department of Health.
