Ann Paul was appointed Chief Strategy Officer of St. John Health System in January, 2016. She joined St. John as Vice President in June of 2013 leading various population health management initiatives including development of the first Medicare Shared Savings Program Accountable Care Organization in Oklahoma. In January 2015, she was appointed Vice President, Strategy and Business Development and also became responsible for virtual care initiatives, community health advocacy, and credentialing. Ann has 30 years' experience in management and administration in the healthcare industry as a market leader, primarily with national health insurers. She graduated from Oral Roberts University, holds a Master of Public Health degree from University of Oklahoma, and is currently a Candidate for Doctor of Public Health through OU. Ann has been active over the years with various government and healthcare organizations. She is immediate past chair of Pathways to Health Community Foundation and past president of the Oklahoma Chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association (2002-2003) and currently serves on the Region 9 Conference Committee and the HFMA National Strategy Executive Council.
