Frank Gresh

Frank Gresh has been involved in Emergency Medical Services for nearly 40 years. In that time, he has served in many roles including EMT, Paramedic, dispatcher and has served in a variety of management roles in communications, operations, and technology. Frank has been involved in some way with Health Information Exchange in Oklahoma for nearly 20 years. Frank was on the Operations Management Committee for the Secure Medical Records Transfer Network (SMRTNET) and was involved with the early stages of MyHealth’s development before it was awarded the Beacon Grant in 2010. Most recently, Frank was the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Emergency Medical Services Authority in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. In that role Frank was responsible for all aspects of technology including computer systems, radio systems, clinical technology and both physical and cyber security. Presently, Frank is working in the EMS industry as a consultant in technology and operations. Frank has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management (2002) and a Master’s Degree in Computer Information Systems (2005).
