Jennifer Faries

Director, Project Management Office - Accountable Health Communities Project Director

Jennifer brings more than 13 years of experience and a unique background to MyHealth Access Network. She has experience in the areas of project management, program oversight, corporate development, finance and mental health.

Jennifer has a Master’s in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University along with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from The University of Tulsa as well as a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Education from The University of Tulsa. Jennifer also holds a PMP certification. She spent several years working in corporate development and finance. Prior to that, she served as a Mental Health Therapist, Clinical Supervisor and Placement Supervision in mental health clinics and a therapeutic foster care program.

Jennifer joined MyHealth Access Network in June of 2018 as the Implementation Consultant for the Accountable Health Communities Cooperative Agreement which is a federal social needs screening project being conducted by CMS in 32 sites across the country. She has since served as the Program Manager of the Accountable Health Community project where she oversaw all day-to-day operations of the AHC Program. Jennifer continues to serve as the AHC Project Director and has recently become the Director of the PMO (project management office) at MyHealth Access Network where she leads a team of project managers and program staff.

In addition, Jennifer loves volunteering for Jenks Public Schools, the Girl Scouts of Eastern Oklahoma, Kappa Alpha Theta and the University of Tulsa. She also loves traveling, cooking and spending time with her husband, two daughters and friends.
