Lance brings over 20 years of diverse customer service experience to MyHealth Access Network. His experience ranges from managing large retail locations to leading a non-emergency transportation startup. Lance also has an extensive background in project management, process improvement, clinical research, information technology, as well as large commercial construction projects.

Lance joined MyHealth Access Network in April of 2018 in the role of Program Manager. He directed the MyHealth’s Route 66 Accountable Health Communities Program to identify and address social determinants of health. In September of 2019, Lance was promoted to Manager of Client Services charged with driving member engagement, recruiting, and communications.

Lance holds a B. A. in Business from The University of Central Oklahoma, a M.B.A. from Oklahoma Christian University as well as PMP and Lean Six Sigma certification.
