Rhonda Beaver
Chief Administrative Officer
Rhonda Beaver has dedicated over twenty years to advocating for American Indian Healthcare. Since joining the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Department of Health in 2005, she has risen to the position of Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing the comprehensive health system that serves over 60,000 patients annually. A Muscogee Nation citizen, Beaver holds a Master of Science in Human Services and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Her education is complemented by leadership training at the University of North Carolina and specialized training in American Indian health at Johns Hopkins University.
Beaver contributes her expertise to several boards and committees, including the Oklahoma Healthcare Authority Long Term Care Quality Initiatives Living Choice Advisory Council and the Southern Plains Tribal Health Board. She also acts as a technical advisor for the CDC Tribal Advisory Committee, chairs the Capital Review Committee, and serves on the Governing Board, Data Excellence Committee, and Institutional Review Board within her organization. Additionally, Beaver was appointed by Principal Chief David Hill to the Mvskoke Reservation Protection Commission, underlining her significant role in healthcare and community initiatives.
