As an HIE, MyHealth facilitates appropriate and secure access to and retrieval of clinical data to provide safe, more timely, efficient, effective, equitable, patient-centered care.
MyHealth connects providers throughout the state through our secure, online network to share patients’ virtual health records. Members include hospitals, ambulatory practices, ancillary services, behavioral health, specialty care providers, emergency medical services, social services organizations, and payers.

Oklahoma has allocated $21 million in state funds for one-time Health Information Exchange (HIE) connection fees, a significant step towards strengthening health information exchange between providers and ensuring every patient has their complete health record available wherever and whenever they need it for decisions about their care. Eligibility extends to all licensed healthcare providers in Oklahoma and their organizations.

After initiating the process, submit your program application and await confirmation from the Office of the State Coordinator for HIE. Remember, the program operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so timing is crucial.

SoonerSelect Provider Incentive Directed Payment Program
A new managed care provider funding pool has been created, which OHCA is implementing as a state directed payment for physicians and other qualifying practitioners. The provider incentive pool for initial 15-month rate year is $134,330,110.
Eligible providers can receive up to a 28% increase in reimbursements for qualifying care!

- +18.5% base fee schedule increase for providers participating in SoonerSelect and/or SoonerSelect Children’s Specialty Program (CSP)
- +9.5% for SoonerSelect and/or SoonerSelect CSP providers who participate in the MyHealth Access Network HIE
- SBIRT screenings, after-hours care, and well visits earn a $25 payment increase
