Scott Ptacnik currently serves as the Chief Population Health Officer at Saint Francis Health System. Scott has spent over fifteen years providing leadership within medical groups and health systems as they develop population health and value-based payment programs. His experience includes start-up and operational leadership for an Independent Practice Association (IPA), Clinically Integrated Networks (CINs), a delegated Management Services Organization (“MSO”), a Medicare Advantage health plan, bundled payment programs, several Medicare ACOs, and numerous risk-based payment models between payors and providers.
