SB1369 and the subsequent regulations state organizations must provide data in the form and format specified on the Office of the State Coordinator for Health Information Exchange (HIE) website. Until the official form and format is released, MyHealth will adhere to the USCDI standards for HL7 v2.5.1 and XML HL7V3 standards.
