The Board of Directors provides strategic leadership and oversight to advance our mission as a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving health care quality, enhancing clinical care, and promoting public health in our communities.
Our Board ensures that MyHealth fulfills its charitable and educational purpose by:
- Facilitating timely, secure access to clinical information between health care organizations
- Supporting activities that improve and promote public health and quality of care
- Board members are appointed from a slate of nominees put forward by the MyHealth Governance Committee, based on the expertise needed to guide the organization’s work
