Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic, senior-level Partner Success Manager to own relationships with Health Plans, including Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, helping payer partners identify opportunities, solve challenges, and realize measurable value from MyHealth’s products and services. They will ensure MyHealth delivers solutions that align with payer needs and strategic objectives, while guiding partners through adoption, optimization, and long-term impact.
This role also represents MyHealth in payer forums, conferences, and industry initiatives, reinforcing thought leadership and strategic partnership. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of payer operations, value-based care initiatives, and population health, and can step in with minimal onboarding to provide strategic guidance, build executive relationships, and drive measurable outcomes from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain high-level, strategic relationships with Health Plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for payer organizations, ensuring alignment of MyHealth services with their operational and strategic goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities for improved population health management, quality measure reporting, and value-based care initiatives.
- Leverage knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry trends, and payer priorities to anticipate needs and drive actionable solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product Engagement, Network Performance & Support, Market Development) to ensure timely implementation, adoption, and optimization of MyHealth products and services.
- Lead executive-level discussions with senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders to advance partnership objectives.
- Track and report on payer engagement, adoption, and value realization metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in outcomes.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience working with Health Plans, preferably in roles focused on value-based care, population health, or quality reporting.
- Deep understanding of payer priorities, regulatory environments, and healthcare analytics.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills; comfortable engaging C-suite and senior leadership.
- Proven ability to build trusted, long-term partnerships with complex organizations.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills and ability to align multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field.
- Experience with healthcare data platforms, care management tools, or HIE systems.
- Demonstrated success in contract management, payer negotiations, or strategic program implementation.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None. This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end accountability for payer relationships.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a remote position. The employee must have a private location from which to work, with Internet access and a personal smartphone with capability to be secured and have support for SMS, apps for multifactor authentication and remote hotspot (technology stipend provided to help offset costs). Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status.
This job operates in a professional virtual office environment (Remote). This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, paper binders and paper cutters.
Travel
Occasional travel may be required in support of on-site meetings, projects and customers, primarily local and statewide.
