MyHealth Recognized as a CMS 2026 Qualified Registry

MyHealth Access Network is proud to announce that we have been approved by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services as a 2026 Qualified Registry for the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS).

This designation means MyHealth has met CMS requirements to collect, validate, and submit clinical quality data on behalf of eligible clinicians and organizations participating in MIPS for the 2026 performance year. As a Qualified Registry, MyHealth supports reporting across quality measures, improvement activities, and other applicable MIPS requirements.

Being recognized as a CMS Qualified Registry reflects our ongoing commitment to data integrity, interoperability, and reducing reporting burden for providers. By leveraging MyHealth’s secure infrastructure and statewide connectivity, participants can streamline reporting while continuing to focus on patient care.

We are honored to support providers across Oklahoma and beyond as they navigate federal quality reporting requirements and work toward improved outcomes for the communities they serve.
