Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance MyHealth’s Salesforce platform. This role is responsible for managing user permissions, credentialing, and data integrity while ensuring Salesforce reflects current workflows. The Salesforce Administrator will collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, implement automation, and improve efficiency across the organization. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate organizational needs into Salesforce solutions.

  • • Developing and maintaining a Salesforce Roadmap that outlines how Salesforce will evolve to support MyHealth’s mission, including clear priorities, milestones, and measures of success.
  • • Translating organizational needs into actionable Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency, user adoption, and data integrity.
  • • Building automation and workflows that reduce manual tasks and free up staff to focus on higher-value work.
  • • Proactively identifying gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve processes using Salesforce.
  • • Ensuring that Salesforce becomes a trusted source of truth for reporting, credentialing, and client success activities.
  • • Partnering with internal stakeholders to prioritize projects based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with MyHealth’s strategic initiatives.
  • • Staying ahead of Salesforce feature releases and leveraging new capabilities to continuously strengthen the platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customize and configure Salesforce to align with organizational workflows, including creating and managing custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
  • Manage and optimize Salesforce CPQ processes, including product configuration, pricing rules, and quote generation.
  • Manage and execute marketing automation workflows in Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), including email campaigns, engagement programs, and lead nurturing.
  • Support internal users by managing credentialing, permissions, roles, and security settings.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement process improvements, and develop automation that drives efficiency.
  • Perform regular data maintenance tasks, including data cleansing, de-duplication, and import/export processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by identifying and resolving data quality issues.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user support.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, proactively recommending improvements.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience required; 2+ years preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot) strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members across departments.
  • Ability to research and evaluate new technologies and apply them to organizational needs.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a remote position. The employee must have a private location from which to work, with Internet access and a personal smartphone with capability to be secured and have support for SMS, apps for multifactor authentication and remote hotspot (technology stipend provided to help offset costs). Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. and must work 40 hours each week to maintain full-time status.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional virtual office environment (Remote). This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines, paper binders and paper cutters.

Travel

Occasional travel may be required in support of on-site meetings, projects and customers, primarily local and statewide.
