Senior Strategic Partner Success Manager (PSM) – Payer Relationships
We are seeking a strategic, senior-level Partner Success Manager to own relationships with Health Plans, including Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). This individual will serve as a trusted advisor, helping payer partners identify opportunities, solve challenges, and realize measurable value from MyHealth’s products and services. They will ensure MyHealth delivers solutions that align with payer needs and strategic objectives, while guiding partners through adoption, optimization, and long-term impact.
This role also represents MyHealth in payer forums, conferences, and industry initiatives, reinforcing thought leadership and strategic partnership. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of payer operations, value-based care initiatives, and population health, and can step in with minimal onboarding to provide strategic guidance, build executive relationships, and drive measurable outcomes from day one.
Provider Network Development Manager (Sales Manager)
The Provider Network Development Manager leads the strategy, structure, and execution of MyHealth’s provider growth efforts. This role is responsible for building and guiding the team that engages healthcare organizations and brings them into the MyHealth network through a consultative, value-driven approach.
Using Provider Network Development as the foundation, this leader will shape how roles are defined, how the market is engaged, and how value is communicated—ensuring alignment with MyHealth’s mission, provider realities, and long-term network sustainability. This role also plays a critical role in developing trusted community partnerships that extend MyHealth’s reach, credibility, and influence across Oklahoma, particularly in rural and underserved communities.
